Blackberry update

Can anybody from O2 tech tell me and everybody else with a BB10 phone when the latest update will be released from 10.3.1.xxxx to 10.3.2.xxxx or if O2 will not release a update.

Sorry, I'm afraid nothing has changed since my previous post - it may be several more days or even weeks before we get any new info but the testing is done on our end.

Giving my thumb a rest checking for the update from my BlackBerry Passport I called O2 today. After some back and forth and time on hold the lady I spoke to told me to check for an update from my device again on Thursday, if there is no update I should call them back. Won't hold my breath but sounds hopeful.

Has anyone had the 10.3.2 update from O2 yet? Seems the lady I spoke to at O2 the other day misinformed me. Tried to have an online chat with someone tonight but they really didnt have a clue what I was talikng about.

Well @Chris_K has said the testing is done but it may be days or weeks before it is released?

Thanks for the reply. Although I appreciate o2 do not give priority to BlackBerry these days I fail to see why they are lagging behind and dragging their heels on this.
