BB Bold 9900

I cannot reset my BB id. I was overseas and I brought my above BB to an engineer to unlock it so that I could use it there. After he (of course) lost all my data he did unlock it! Now I am ready to set up my emails on it but is asking for my BB id. I input my main email and the passwords I commonly use to NO effect. Ok sofar? I am at my 4/10 attempt and I need to at least reset my password. In order to do that I have to give them my email that they have associated with it. I do not know what that engineer used. Can I get to use a new email and password in order to get a new BB Id?

Log on to the BB ID Web page on a computer - https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/login/ use the email and password you used before and if your not sure of the passwrod select forgot password and follow the prompts
