Hi, I just got a new Blackberry after my last one broke, and only have a month left on my contract, but can't seem to upload Blackberry App World, it keeps coming up 'Sorry cannot connect' or 'not enough data' etc, does anyone know what to do?

Where did you receive this replacement phone from? Is the Internet generally working on the phone?
Try to upload the App World when connected to Wi-if and connected to a cellular connection. The App World should come pre-installed on the phone. Is this where you are trying to access it from? If so, delete it and try to do it again.
