I have recently returned from Spain and have friends who run a sports bar out there....so they have a personal dilemma.
Their bar is very popular because they show every match that is on British TV...However my friends are from Liverpool.....You can only imagine how they feel when there is a Manchester United match playing.
A bar full of Man U supporters who they have to serve and try to smile whilst doing so....
Mind you they are very popular and the regulars do understand when a few barbed comments come flying their way....

And I of course support the ONCE mighty Coventry City...now languishing sadly in the nether regions of League One...

I can't see past Chelsea winning it, City second with Man U, Arsenal and Liverpool fighting for Champions League qualification. No doubt I'll be having my share of ups and downs watching Man U in the early morning hours in Thailand.
Personally I prefer going to watch the grandkids play in their local leagues and relevant age groups at the weekend. Good honest endeavour, played for the sheer love of the game and no feigning injury. The only downside is gobby parents setting a bad example.
