What's your Lows and Highs of the Mobile Phone Sector in 2014?

 

 

I was reading this from Source : CNet ->  8 of our favorite smartphone highs and lows of 2014

 

 

My high in 2014 was that Apple finally created a smartphone with a 5.5" Screen iPhone 6 Plus and another was the release of the iPad Air

 

And I agree with one of the 'Lows' with what happened with the Nokia Brand. 😔 I was primarily a Nokia user a few years ago but lost confidence in how they were supporting their firmware.

 

Then I'm fortunate to Trial the Nokia Lumia 1020 for O2 via "Try The Tech", which resulted in a purchase of the Nokia Lumia 520

 

 

 

What were your Highs and Lows ?

After speaking to one of my friends today and asking him this question his reply was ->

His High was iOS 8 and his low was also iOS 8 as he was impressed that it improved his user experience 😄 but along the road of patches caused Wifi issues. 😞

A new high for me is o2's decision to stock the Blackberry Classic phone 😄

 

The low is their reported decision to offer it to business customers only. 

 

Discussed further here o2 Will Stock Blackberry Classic BUT. ...
