& I'm very grateful that there people around who offer their professional support to people who need it in todays day & age

A very good term that @Anonymous Maggie Thatcher and her Cr*p Care in the Community....The biggest failure of any health reform in my lifetime.
Pity when she supported it, she didnt make 1000's more nursing posts available to cope with her community (non) care....
Nope..leave it all to the families. If there aren't any families?...Ah well...how sad... too bad!! 
On that note...I shall get off your soapbox Jane...before I fall off...
