I already done that before  you  lot got up!

I have a bad feeling that I've done some irreparable damage to my kidneys though. Quite apart from insane amounts of Thai stuff I'm drinking I recently spent a night in the local hospital after sliding down a dozen steps on my back.

My back is totally black and swollen around the kidney area almost 2 weeks later. Sore to touch and impossible to lie on.

What's your suggestion nurse...early flight home or the local Thai whiskey anesthetic ?

My honest reply...before I clear off...is to alternate this Thai whisky with gallons of water....

You will be forever dashing to the loo....but at least it will go some way to helping your poor kidneys...:smileywink:

Other than that...keep up with the anaesthetic...

My current medication  but it still hurts when you cracking your teeth on the bottle.....😂

I really think something is damaged but I'm not prepared to fork out nearly 5 grand and risk a claim when I get home. I've already had to declare stage 4 kidney disease as a preexisting  condition....
