If the deal does go ahead, I can't see Three being able to offer their 'all you can eat' data policy to an additional 23 million customers, even if their infrastructure is increased by the purchase. O2 in it's present form can't cope with the demand at the moment.

That would be a shame, as their the only network that offers that. There'll be some very annoyed Three customers I bet if they drop the "All You Can Eat" or apply a fair use policy.

It's possible that they may offer to let existing customers on those contracts keep it, but not offer it to new or newly acquired customers. It's all just guesswork right now. I'm sure all will be revealed when the deal is announced.

Very possible @Cleoriff They could evolve into contracts like the old O2 legacy contracts.
