I don't see much of it over here but I see the odd highlights on YouTube and I do have the app. OK I've always been a fan of people making themselves look ridiculous....

I'm well aware however that many good acts are cast aside for the obligatory ripley picked acts that have you throwing things at the TV... totally so it keeps the show in the ratings and Louis Walsh is there as the stooge!

So who has your vote this year or are you like me. just watch to shake your head at the total commercialism and the money spinning Christmas release and the 10 minute fame of the winner?

Does anyone here actually pay for the winning artist and what happens if a dog wins... does it get its own Pedigree Chum advert?

So now we know Nicole S. wants to keep the poorer act in so her's have all the opportunity: "Hey girl, you so talented so get lost".

Just watching the Xtra Factor and I feel for Gifty having to do the interviews. How many more opportunies do 4oD need to prove themselves?

Next week's sing off: Poochie v 4oD. Please Fantastic

WHAT! Gifty has gone and Honey G is still there. I'm not in the best of moods with my close friend gone and this sure hasn't helped.

The voting has to be rigged - Gifty has gone and Honey G's still there. I watched snatches of X Factor whilst packing and wanted to scream when Honey G attempted Men in Black. I love this song and Will Smith's version is ace. I can't use the words I'd like to describe Honey G's version but suffice to say she crucified the song.

I wiĺl continue to watch to see how far Honey G gets. If she's in the final then that's the X Factor for me; I shan't watch again.

@sheepdog you don't happen to know the SCD result by any chance?

@Glory1Anastacia went home. Ed Balls survives another week as did Honey G. Nobody seems to know why for either...

Thank you @sheepdog. No surprise Anastacia went. Love her but she wasn't that good. Ed Balls also wasn't that great and should have gone weeks ago. I don't get the voting public I really don't. Oh the horror Ed Balls and Honey G in the finals. My worst nightmare.

Bottom line it's a public vote. If Gifty had been up against that Jake lad who was saved by the second vote she would have won hands down. Both 4oD and Gifty pulled it out of the bag in the sing off. Neither should have been in the bottom two in my opinion. If Honey G doesn't go next week I wont watch again.

Here's the really frightening thing @Cleoriff all the judges seem to like Honey G. So if she's ever in the sing-off they could well all vote for her to stay in. Nothing would surprise me.

I think the judges are trying and failing with reverse psychology ie pretend we like her and the public wont. It isn't working. Sharon is going to make herself look a fool if she loses Saara. She has already lost Relly  and Honey G remains?? A damn joke actually

It wouldn't be the first time Sharon has looked a fool and I'm sure it won't be the last. At least, from what little I saw of the live X Factor, she seems less scatty. I really thought she was on something the way she'd been acting.

I didn't watch SCD or X Factor results shows as I was busy with my mate's partner. But the other surprise for me @Cleoriff is your saying Jake was saved again. I think this is the 3rd time he's been in the bottom 3 and been saved. Am I missing something? The public don't vote for him the first time and then vote for him in the lifeline vote. Sorry, but that makes no sense to me. For it to happen once I can understand but 3 times.

Well the set and lighting were the real stars of the night. Didn't like any of the songs and performances at all,  apart from Saara who was utterly bizarrely crazy running around the stage with hardly a note wrong. Gifty was the best I think though no idea what the dancers were doing on her piece.

Loved the craziness of the performance! I didn't get to watch the show but catching up from the videos.

What was that thing on her head in the beginning though before the guy pulled it off? LOL

Also @Cleoriff I agree, great one from Emily. slight_smile
