Absolutely criminal. Mind you, I've seen some cost-cutting short cuts in Thailand but nothing on this scale for sure.

Its a very sad echo of the Mumbai building collapse in 2013 when floors and mezzanines are unsafely added into the original structure. Those poor people :(. Hopefully they can save as many as possible.

It would have seemed a good idea at the time, how to save money and sod the consequences. Hope those three and anyone else involved get true justice.
