I agree that's a massive amount of pounds to spend. I wouldn't.

Not with other options such as Dropbox etc.

Suppose it's down to personal usage patterns and if you want to carry a large amount of music etc etc on ones person.

Apple are the masters at that - New model not yet launched but with "new" 2+ year old tech !!

The problem they are having is working out the prices of all the real new tech that no one has seen before
