Hi guys!
How are you today?
I've just finished my home made lunch and I've remembered that my colleague @Marjo told me that her New Year's resolution was to learn to cook and her commitment was to do a homemade dish at least once a week.
I think we should help her a little bit with some recipes and advice.
Let's start with an easy one: This is a very basic recipe for beginners: http://www.jamieshomecookingskills.com/recipe.php?title=bolognese-sauce-with-pasta Easy and delicious!

I make a very nice dish - I fry chicken, then I add rice noodles and either curry sauce or sweet and sour sauce. It is a simple easy to make meal and it is very filling!!

As simple as it is, I can't make a boiled egg properly - I still have to ask my mum to do it and she gets it right every time - she gets it perfectly runny and dippy for egg and soldiers.
