It does sound like the most common thing of no stock....not sure I would have waited this long though....I would have chased them up by the second day...

Then this is ridiculous. I would cancel this contract and go instore to get what you want. Make sure the store you visit has stock available @Anonymous Phone them before you go

Always go Instore, never use online then people won't have this issue or a live stock check system
