Just think of all those on nights please..the clock gets to 2am...and you think oh god...as you know that it is NOW 1am and you have to go through all that again
As a nurse I always seemed to be the unlucky one who copped for night duty in October...and NEVER got nights in March (when the clocks go forward)....
The worse time of any night shift are those 'dead zone' hours between 2 - 4am...when your body clock is crying out for sleep....
I text my sons to remind them at 11pm last night...got a very angry one back from the eldest..Do NOT remind me Mum...I am currently at work...till 8am...:smileywink:
