I notice the forum frame has been updated.

Gone are the top devices and the complaints link has been moved to the contact us link so it's more difficult to find?).

I think that's about it.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

They've made the complaints link more difficult to find? I'm shocked! I wonder why?

Yes I have just tested the coding @jonsie and you are correct....(you can actually see what you have written in the new topic box) Good job...as for the complaints link...a word of warning would've been nice
