Channel 4 has taken over the terrestrial viewing for Formula 1 after BBC opted out of the contract.

I love F1 and am a bit dubious as to how successful this will be. However they have stated there will be no adverts during race time (thank god)

Yesterday they officially revealed the presenting team......

David Coulthard, Mark Webber, Alain Prost, Alex Zanardi, Susie Wolff, Karun Chandhok, Eddie Jordan and Bruno Senna; alongside seasoned live presenters and journalists Steve Jones, Ben Edwards and Lee McKenzie.

It also says Guy Martin will be making appearances

They have just interviewed Lewis and Rosberg in the paddock. Lewis would not be drawn on any comment about the incident in Spain.....other than to say this
"I am a F1 racing driver...if there is a gap I will go for it. If I didn't I may as well give up". He seemed very serene about it.....
Rosberg was more tense and just said the team had given permission to race as usual...but he had won this in the past and there was no reason he couldn't do it again
We will see... Happy Dance

Oh dear...after storming the first heat of P1...Lewis has just locked up and gone into the gravel. He is still leading P1 though ahead of Rosberg...

Oh just stop being pedantic..it was a speed catchment area...gravel, asphalt or sand ..who cares? Bouncy

Either way he did a bit of damage to those tyres trying to avoid the wall after lock up
