You would need to speak to O2 Customer Services. 202 for Contract. 4445 for PAYG. 8002 for Business.

No I'm afraid not. Once you move a number from an account it closes that account so you have nothing to move the other number to.

Could you say why your wanting to try this as then we could advise other possible avenues if O2 cannot achieve what your wanting.

What mi5 says.
However, if both the accounts are in same name they can (if you ask ever so politely) switch tariffs over so in effect switching the numbers.
