Are there any app developers on here?

I don't understand what work goes in to developing an app and I won't even begin to try to comprehend it, but is this possible? Can it take just 15 minutes to use an app that can develop an app?

How much do you think it would be worth?

What we really need though is some poorly programmed, generic apps that can be produced in 15 minutes...
