I may have to make a small claim (Under £10) using the VISA Chargeback process, for an order I made that I have not received.
Could anyone help me with the timing of the process and how I would go about this if I need to do this.
Thank You
Mike

I would contact O2 Money on 10202 for help with this.
Have you contacted the shop to know whether the item is out for delivery, and whether they will issue a refund?

Yes have tried contacting the retailer but the online store, is dragging thier heels. I took look around and a lot of people are having problems with them.
They went into recivership in the past, and are now being run by ROK.
The thing that makes me angry, is that they took full payment imidiatly.
Everytime I log into my account it says 24hrs every time (Exactly what other people are going through)
I decided to ask the question here as apparently even staff that work for the credit card companies are not sure about Chargeback. They normally deal with Section 75 or Section 83
Thanks for your reply.

"You can also have a right to ask your bank to make a chargeback, returning your money if you do not receive goods or services as expected, if goods are lost or the wrong goods are received. That covers pretty much anything you can think of, from an airline going bust to a mail order jumper that does not arrive. Most purchases made abroad are also covered."

The bank that issued the O2 card is the responsible body.

Thank you for your reply. I have since heard from the MD of the company and has said he has authorised the refund.
I know it's only £6.30 but I would not let anyone put their hand in my pocket and snatch it off me, let alone a company with hostory.
Thanks Again

A retailer has 15 days under the visa regulations to deliver the goods, from date of debit. Unless it is something where they have specified as date more than the 15 days. Such as something that needs to be made to order.
Max time for a claim is 120 days.
I would guess that £6.30 would simply be written off by 02 as it would not be cost effective to do anything else.
Can't say what amount they will use a cost effective, as diffrent card providers wil have diffrent limits.
But Visa regulations are the same for all card providers.
