Still no solution.
Keep getting calls every ten days but no help at all.
It really seems to me the Tech. team have not got a clue.
I have been told to toggle settings, reinstall the apps, wait for an App. update. So far my nothing has helped.
They say dont close the account, but I can see no other way. Going to give is another ten days, and wait for the next call, then I may just as well cancel.
I only swapped from the Orange card I had as O2 offer the alerts, without them I may as well ditch the card as the full service is broken.
Come on O2, you have been great at everything else.

Still NO text messages. Is there any way I can escalate this above the standard Tec support?
Up until recently I was getting a call every 10 days, now nothing.
Surly it cant me that hard to solve.
