Hello I have used my o2 money card with no problems for last few months.
Then yesterday i was making online purchase when i recieved the following error message:
Your account has been locked to protect against unauthorised use.
This card cannot currently be used at participating online stores.
You must call Customer Service and get your account unlocked before using this card at a participating online merchant.
So I contacted o2 money customer services and they told me my account isnt locked and my account was fine.
So i tried to complete the transaction again and recieved the same error message as before!
Any help regarding this would be apprciated.

Thanks for your reply but this is not related with o2 network issues.
Im able to load money on the card @ paypoint etc wiv no problem.
From wat ive read it related to Verified by Visa.
Just hope someone knows how i can solve it ?

Problem now resolved.
After calling customer services this morning they unsubscribed me from Verified by Visa which the allowed me then to create a new password for Verified by Visa and was then
able to complete the original transction successfully.
