I have misplaced my phone what can I do I have tried to use chat to speak to someone after sitting here 25 minutes i gave up

Hi @Anonymous You need to follow the info in this link ...dont use live chat...borrow a phone or use a landline to call the numbers listed. Stay on the line...they will answer it's a 24 hr line

Just to add...if you have insurance then ring them...and also report the loss to the police...
