itunes

Does anyone get the message 'No network connection' when downloading itunes via o2 broadband? Just bought an album and got that message on three tracks, which didn't download.

Hi reckless5854, welcome to the forums :smileyhappy:

I've moved your thread to the broadband forums - you should get a faster answer here.

Cheers,

Yes, it's the O2 dns server...try using googles, 8.8.8.8, then all your apps will download....although a trusted name, google do have 'privacy' guidelines you might want to checkout 1st O2, please sort your DNS servers out !

Re: itunes

I've had O2 broadband for a few months and have only just started seeing this...it's been driving me to distraction. I find that if I start the download using 3G and then switch back to my home WiFi connection, then it's fine but a real pain to have to do that constantly. Thanks for the tip!

So nothing wrong with your home broadband connection then, which is what's being discussed here, not 3G?

Maybe you mean Mobile Broadband?
