Ive been having problems recently and went to the IP to reset the router and was faced with an authentication required box for username and password. I have tried all of my O2 sign-ins, but no joy. I've manually reset it for now, but would like to know these sign-in details so that I can access the boss for resets without having to go routing under the bed... Any thoughts?
If the serial number doesn't work for the password using either Administrator or SuperUser as the username, try using the password O2Br0ad64nd (case sensitive) as the password. If this works as the password, it means the firmware on the router isn't upto date. Administrator - serial number Administrator - O2Br0ad64nd SuperUser - serial number SuperUser - O2Br0ad64nd One of these 4 should work. If not, try reseting your router (Press and hold the reset button on the back until the power light on the front goes amber) and then try again. If this doesn't work, call 0800 230 0202 and we'll sort you out a new router ;)
