I've manually reset it for now, but would like to know these sign-in details so that I can access the boss for resets without having to go routing under the bed...

The password is the serial number of your router, located on the bottom of the router. Again, this is case sensitive.

One of these 4 should work. If not, try reseting your router (Press and hold the reset button on the back until the power light on the front goes amber) and then try again. If this doesn't work, call 0800 230 0202 and we'll sort you out a new router
