Just got a reply from Zoe.
Apparently, my email account had been disabled as it had been hijacked and used for sending spam.
When exactly were they planning on telling me it was disabled ?
I reported the spam issue to O2 months ago and several times since yet nothing was done about it.
You couldn't make it up ! :womanindifferent: :womanindifferent:
They've now "offered" to reactivate it again.

Wow, a result!!
It sounds as if you had the same problem as me. A spammer was using my email address as a reply address, so I was getting loads of failed mail delivery messages.
Why would a spammer target a real o2 address?

I am having the same issue on an account as well. I started getting hundreds of "Mail Delivery Status" messages a couple of weeks back and now my webmail account is down. Any one from o2 able to get in contact with me so I can get this sorted? It's not the webmail on this account.

Could you let me know how I get hold of Zoe?? I have been unable to access my webmail too, and from reading this thread I think my account must have been hijaked too as I had the same Failed Mail delivery reports. I have spoken to three different departments in o2 and apparently none of them could help me because it's a technical issue, and these have to be dealt with online. The guru just wanted me to change my password, Ask Lucy didn't have any suggestions and the 'Contact us' form have not got back to me.
