about 2 hrs ago my wireless started disconnecting losing its signal , tried all sorts adn eventually decided to call o2 at abt 21:37 and was put thru to a guru thru my rubbish mobile i missed the fellas name :/ but he had a soft northern irish accent 
he spent over half an hr helping me and walking thru setting up a new conneection , i had a few dumb moments but still was cheerful and patient 
in the end helped me solve the problem why my wireless couldhave been droping in the past .. it was trying to connect to different routers, now only one and prob solved just wanted to say a huge thanks t him even tho i cant recall his name as i didnt hear at the beginning

Hi all, I also want to say a big thanks to the Guru's as they have helped me lots in the past both online and in the shops.
Would be nice to see some piccies of your guru's so we can relate better to them. They are also very patient and have a sense of humour.
