Completely wired. And i'm having frequent connection drops, when it drops NO website loads up. But on the router box it still says we have an internet connection so that means my packets are being lost. I had the signal buffered 40 minutes ago and since then i had 2 drop outs again. One at 08:10 pm and one at 08:18 and that lasted until 08:24 pm. I was told there was no issue when i had my signal buffered but clearly there is? And if you're wondering i'm in L4.

Here are some stats if they're important

Your connection is on a 9dB Target SNR instead of the default 6dB unless you've asked for that then O2 have seen the instability and increased it.
If you have a test socket then look at this page:
http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/troubleshooting.htm
andpost the stats when the router is plugged into it.

Next time it drops out can you try pinging your gateway IP. See if that brings it back.
You'll find the gateway IP in the routers page:
Home > Broadband Connection > Internet Services > O2_ADSL2plus > details
We had a similar thing many years ago, ping to the gateway IP got thing working again but only for a short while.
