I bought a Samsung Galaxy W yesterday and eveything was working fine until about 3pm today when I tried texting and it wouldn't send my texts- kept on saying that the service is not available and that it will send the texts when it is. I then tried ringing and it keeps on saying 'not registered on network'.
I have full signal and can't receive texts or calls either.
I have turned my phone on and off and have taken the sim card out and put it back in, but it is still not working.
How do I solve this problem?

i am experiencing the same problems now. and it really worries me because it is my work phone. If in case you were able to fix it, please do tell me how. I would really appreciate any help from you. thank you.

try posting in the mobile thread others may see it this thread is for broadband even I missed that in my first reply

I encountered the same error message today and had to try several things before I found a solution. It was annoying because I could see signal bars on the display but could not make a call or text, nor could I access the Settings for the mobile network.
Performing a full reset on the phone cleared my problem.
A full reset on the Galaxy W is done by holding down the On switch for around 17 seconds.
