Hi, i have been with o2 for a very long time and its all been working fine....only since last couple of days. i can connect via wireless but not through ethernet cable, first i thought it could be my ethernet card on the pc but i have checked it with my laptop and its same. i have done the re-set box....with button and switching on and off.... can anyone help me on this please...i have window xp pro
Thanks for the advices....i have check the different ports and its the same result....my pc prompts me that the network cable is plugged or unplugged....it tries to get the IP address etc etc and then comes up with saying limited connection only.......on the network dialogue box i can see data send but nothing in receive.
Hi just to let you know i hav now tried with new cabel and different pots but nothing i still cant get internet on my pc. Also i hv tried the pin reset aswell any help please!!! Can no one provide any help on this? is it worth ringing O2 would the be able to figure out???
Hi, thanks, did rang o2...the server is down someone will give you ring tomorrow....rang again got the 'sorry' wait someone will give you ring tomorrow.....anyhow after three days of struggle when i finally ask to leave o2 they now going to send me a new router to check if router is faulty.......which will arrive in 5 days.... that's what you get for being loyal to a company for 7 years........
