.... it kicked in early January 2011, and the speeds are not as advertised, like everyone else here i seem to be hit 24/7 with it.
Just wondering what Customer Service would say about this and what they resolve is, when one phones up with serious state of frustration about the mess up of a service.
And what a wonderful service it used to be.
Can i cancel, as being hit 24/7 with the FUP and contract dont expire till Nov 2011, although been with the service for numerous amount of years now.

I think you must mean traffic management, I can't see how FUP is relevant.

You'll need to elaborate.
If you're on the Basics and have gone over 20GB then yes, you will find your speed has been slowed down across the board.
If you're actually referring to traffic management, where certain types of usage will run faster than others, then the way that it is applied to your service will depend on your package.

Yes you right i did mean the Traffic management, it did seem a bit low at first, speed that is, but seems to be ok now, i suppose we could pu it down to teething problems

I wonder if there was a problem with the TM to start with, others have said their speeds seem ok as well.

And this is the official rules on traffic management(as they hide it in the tech section. 250 gig cap + speed caps most days(for most people)and weekends( for everyone) doesn't = Unlimited. It equals taking advatage of fair usage to resrict EVERYONES usage..reducing the cost of thier servers etc.
in the mean time..I make videos about anything. This is for people who like science/space/evolution kinda stuff..

please make a quality 1080p video just like your space thingy, but do it on the evils of fup, & traffic management and upload to youtube please!
