Hi

I have been using McAfee for some months - never had any issues - but currently it has gone offline and will no longer activate.

What do I do to get security back?

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I joined O2 Home Broadband on 24/5/12, and as soon as I installed O2, the internet works fine, but McAfee says the DAT file is out of date and no longer supported by them. I have to keep running McAfee Virtual Technician every day to fix it... Surely this isn't what you promised O2?!

My suggestion would be to replace McAfee with Microsoft Security Essentials.
