Thanks perksie,
So it's a forum feature not a forum bug. ![]()
An excuse for sloppy programming IMO.

Hi Reserton,
You are probably best of asking a customer service advisor about this: http://j.mp/O2Help
Will you let us know how it worked out, please?
Cheers,
Leonard

I am on O2 legacy package, and ever since I got the new o2 router v (about 6 months ago) my internet has been a nightmare. Constant drops outs, pages not loading, weak wifi signal. Can't be certain it's the router or whether it's the well documented fact o2 broadband is no longer as good as it used to be in the early days. The only reason I still use the router is the old router is big and ugly. Goodluck to anyone that gets one

Have you tried speaking to support, if it's faulty they will replace it for you?

Hi, I've been 'upgraded' to Box 5 and I swiftly got rid of my old box.
Once I'd finished setting up the Box 5 I had nothing but trouble from it - every day one of the 4 computers (wired and wireless) would not be able to access any http outside the local network. Reset required every day.
Turns out theres a bug (firmware v8.4.4) that affects anyone using any number of local static ip addresses.

How do we get this reported and fixed?
This is a massive issue for me, and I'm sure plenty of others.

Try a PM to Leonard or Abs on the forum, hopefully they can pass it to the relevant place.
