Turn off your kit and wait for the dhcp lease to expire - maybe a couple of days. Or try ringing up CS and see if they can help.
What've you done with the IP address that you've been assigned that makes you want to get away from it so badly?

Click start, Run. Type 'cmd' in the Open box and click OK
If you omit the second C:\> it should work
The line should read
C:\Documents and Settings\User>telnet 192.168.1.254
