Help me please I can't access http://o2wirelessbox.lan/

I want to config wirless via http://o2wirelessbox.lan/ and 192.168.1.254
However, it still stuck with the password and user name. I try to put all password in my head and use SN under the wireless box CPxxxxxxx 11-digit. It's not work at all.
Could anyone help me please how to access the wireless admistrator page. I try for 2-month and is it possible to reset (wireless box) and set a new password? I remember that I used to access it untill the O2 change a new system.

MY WIRELESS BOX IS O2 WIRELESS BOX II

Thanks in advance

You sometimes have to do this twice before it works.

If that password does not work try O2Br0ad64nd

1st O - letter, 2nd 0 number, all case sensitive.

Or try this link http://192.168.1.254/cgi/b/ST/?be=0&l0=0&l1=-1 and use the serial number.

Yes you can reset the box and use the serial number as password for the SuperUser account, you may not need a password for the Administrator account.

If you are still not having any luck, phone customer services they will help you.

I did have the same problem, and I just kept plugging away with those passwords and I got in eventually.

Sorry I wasn't any help, but it should work.

Failing that ring CS and if they can't fix it they may send out a new one.

Are you sure you are using the correct data?

I have never used my O2 router so I may be totally wrong here.
I would guess User name is somthing like "admin" and Password: the serial number of the router as written on the bottom. The password used to be something else at one point but was a security risk so they changed it to the serial number.
Or
You may have to use the super user:
ID: SuperUser (the ID is CASE SENSITIVE, ie with S and U in capitals)
Password: O2Br0ad64nd (ie with digits 2064, the first O & B being capital letters)
If it fails try it three times as I am sure I read there is a fault and the third time it works even though the same correct data was used all three times. That may also apply to the normal login details.

And if you know it is correct do it three times in a row.
