Happy again

When I first signed up to o2 for the first 3 months everything was perfect.

After this online games have been unplayable and browsing has been very dodgy to but I put this down to traffic management because it happened at roughly the same time as I noticed the new traffic management,however....

I don't know what happened but my pings have dropped to 10-15ms and everything is a lot more responsive, earlier we had some really heavy rain and a thunderstorm and my broadband was all over the place but now everything is running the smoothest its ever been..I don't know if some failing equiptment went down and got replaced or something or traffic management has be altered but I hope it stays like this now!

Re: Happy again

Funny how I was looking to see if BT had done any maintenance and came across this which further down the page mentions my area Stoke-on-Trent and it was at this time mentioned my issues seem to have been resolved...It appears I have been blaming o2 for around 6 months when it was a BT problem!

Re: Happy again

Not wishing to get your hopes up but I think what you believe you've experienced is coincidental.

Those stats show no improvement, in fact they are slightly, but not significantly, worse that those on 10 June.

Still, if your "browsing experience" (to coin an O2 phrase) is better than it was earlier this month then that can't be bad :smileyvery-happy:
