Hello Community,

do I need to do anything once my contract will run out? Just wanted to know if I need to sent back the router or do something else or it will just END like a nightmare does?

It's going be 26 July and I am so happy it's nearly finished!

30 days before it runs out you can give notice if you want it to cease altogether, or ask for a MAC if you intend to move to another ISP as they will ask for it.

Once you have received your final bill from O2 you can close your account.

If you decide not to use the MAC it will expire and your service will continue on a 30 day basis until you give notice.

They will send a jiffy bag for you to return the O2 Box, as they charge £25 if they don't get it back.
