What is going on with email - I've had nothing since last Wednesday, have spent hours on the phone and online chat and then told it will be back later/try again in 5 hours. Come on O2 - not good enough.

Perhaps your account has been compromised see all the webmail threads. if so follow the advice below
1 Change your myo2 password.
2 Contact abs by pm asking for help with a compromised email account
