I have been having constant lost of Internet for a week now and slow speed. O2 has sent me me a new Wireless Box 5 but the connection still drops and has suggested that they monitor on the test socket for 24 and am waiting for them to contact me. Can anyone enlighten me about these figures and what questions should I need to ask. Thanks in advance.

You could try a hard reset by pushing in the button at the back until the lights go out, but I think O2MACH2 is right and it's a line or exchange issue.
They can't raise the SNR any more so it's probably an engineer visit required.

the above stats are taken from the test socket.
Then almost certainly, with that level of errors, it's an external fault. The only item in your property that would cause that type of problem is the router and that has been replaced.

Thanks, I am still waiting for O2 to contact me . Its been 29 hrs since router in test socket and I have just phone up and was told to wait may take 24-48 hrs for test to be completed not sure if it's because it's now 7.30 pm on a Friday or that the test do actually takes more 24 hrs. Was originally informed that someone from O2 will contact me after 24 hrs.
