I have several PCs connected via a LAN onto the internet, most use XP SP3, some use Windows 7.
Sometimes pages take ages to load (using IE8, but Chrome doesn't seem much better) - up to 1 minute. Any ideas what could cause this?

that line gives concern your downstream speed is slow for sync speed. which package are you on ?

Try powering off your router for 10 seconds or so and then powering it back on (alternatively, try restart from the routers interface) and reposting the router stats.

Re-booted, here are new stats, don't know what it means, but SN Margin seems closer!:

You must have suffered a serious noise issue when the router had previously reconnected those 5 days before hence high noise and slow speeds.
I would monitor the situation and see what speeds are like later

To be honest I expected that!
As Adam said, there was probably an unexpected noise issue when the router reset itself to a lower synch speed 5 days or so ago. Unfortunately, the routers won't resynch to higher speeds when the conditions have improved
I must add though that your synch speed seems a touch on the slow side, have you had a look here http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/socket.htm
