Still as bad as ever here, I am not at all impressed with how long it is taking them to fix it (or even acknowledge that there is a problem).

I am in the north London area and have had problems since Friday. Takes ages for the BBC site to open (as my home page) then I have problems trying to go any further than that. If I ever manage to get into iPlayer, it's impossible to get it going.
Very very unhappy about this. The BBC is the site I most use, as it probably is for a lot of people. There's almost no point to the internet if I can't get the BBC!
Any use in calling O2 to register a complaint?

The more people that complain, the more they may realise there is a problem.

I admit I am a bit confused about this. All other sites are fine for me too, so I tried to establish if it was the BBC site itself, or some other problem - no success. A family member pointed me to this forum, it's the first I'd come across other people having the same problem.
Another family member just recommends ditching IE and go with Google Browser.

Accessing the bbc site is back to normal speed here when using a uk proxy server. http://www.openproxy.co.uk
So I would say, yes it is a O2 issue.

Yep, using the proxy link the BBC website was fine (apart from the new design!)
Looks like peering issues haven't been resolved since the weekend.
