02 Priority tickets - absolute nightmare!

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but it's driving me bonkers!
I had been an 02 mobile customer up until 4 months ago, when the 3mobile deal drew me in (no complaints about 3 here... so far so good).... but I was a customer of 02 priority tickets before I left and thought it was such a good service I wanted to keep it going.
So there I was... bumbling around and finally realised "hey, I'm a home broadband customer with 02... so surely that should count" and by all accounts it does!
Now... here's the issue....
I have tried signing in with my mobile since leaving 02 mobile and it continually says "your not an 02 customer" but I am!
So now I'm waiting for 02 customer service to get back to me (been on the phone well over and hour so far) and none of them can figure it out!
So hopefully I'll get snow patrol tickets tomorrow or another day... because it sure doesn't look very good as far as getting them via the 02 site is concerned!
Maybe it's time to switch to another broadnad provider???
Anyone else had a similar experience?
Shaz

Re: 02 Priority tickets - absolute nightmare!

Just tried to register using my Vodafone mobile number already registered with O2 for broadband and have been refused :

You are not an O2 customer
You're not with O2, which means you can't sign up for Priority. Sorry.

From the Priority FAQs http://www.o2priority.co.uk/FAQs :

If you don't have an O2 mobile and you're with us for home or mobile broadband, make sure you're using the mobile number you gave us when you signed up. If you signed up quite recently, it can take 10 days to add you to our database, so you might need to wait a few days.

Coincidentally O2 in conjunction with Keynote are currently conducting an online survey on website ease of use :smileyvery-happy:

Hi - if you're on Twitter, contact @O2Priority and then can help. If not, email webteam@o2.com and this can be sorted.

Re: 02 Priority tickets - absolute nightmare!

Why can't the webteam sort it for everybody ?
The web page states :-

If you don't have an O2 mobile and you're with us for home or mobile broadband, make sure you're using the mobile number you gave us when you signed up.

Obviously there is something wrong in the page coding so let the webteam correct it.

Re: 02 Priority tickets - absolute nightmare!

They've probably realised there's a problem with the page coding but they're not the dept. to correct it.....doesn't excuse not replying to you though
