blocking calls when i am abroad

Hello. I have recently come back off holiday and there is a charge for me receiving scam/phishing calls when abroad. How do I turn off receiving calls on my apple phone when I am abroad? Thanks.

Apple Watch help

So my partner is an o2 customer too. If she buys an Apple Watch and pays for device and airtime, but doesn’t connect it to her phone, can I connect it to mine(also an o2 customer ) and me just buy an airtime plan for it connected to my number ?

Resolved! Apple Watch Ultra 2 My O2 Error code 48

Have been trying to set up the mobile data on the apple watch ultra 2 and keep getting error code 48 to contact 202 can someone advise if there is something that needs to be done iPhone and watch are both up to date on software.
