In june i got new contract,i was in credit,5 months down the line and STILL the idiots are taking money out of my bank account after numourous phone calls and internet interaction,even the complaints department have phoned me and offered me £20 ( yes £20 for my inconvienance,thats not even £5 a month a £1 a week 25p a day which is 1p an hour approx) for hours of wasted time for there incompetence and promised it will be sorted, so its roughly £100 im in credit, so this months bill arrives and the money has come out of my account again ffs,how kin stupid are these kin people.I wont be renewing again with this shower of £%$ts.pity i cant get out of my contract but they have all the law on there side.so whoever reads this from the incompetent team of 02.it means now i have to spend another few hours speaking to you numb nuts explaing and going through what i have repeatedly said again Cheers!!!!! P.S you should tell your custormers that the internet people don't have the requirements for my problem,only when you speak to them via the internet after a few hours they tell you this grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

They really are a dead loss these days.

I can't understand this because I've been in credit for a couple of years now and the direct debit never takes because of this. Something is badly wrong.

If on refresh the airtime only is paid by the credit on the account and not the cca payment as there are 2 separate direct debits set initially
