The o2 shop have tried everything to fix this. tried swap my sim, tried putting my sim in new phones, no joy. Still the same. They have checked my account, Nothing on it,so this shouldnt be happening.

Hi

Get CS to reset your account - This involves disconnecting you from the network for 24 hours then reconnecting. It might work and is better than losing your number completely.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You could try your sim in another phone to make sure it's not a phone fault.

Try dialling ##002# to cancel any diverts.

Just an idea...do you have TuGo installed?

Try 176002 to cancel voicemail or 175002 to activate it again.
