COverage indoors is dependent on the structure of the building etc and if it's ok outside your home you may wish to consider using the TU app indoors if you are on contract.

Mobile signals are just radio waves. If the buildings construction or something else is blocking them it will never improve.

Your phone will latch on to the strongest signal available at the time

Providing you have the use of wifi Tu would certainly help you when in the club.

If no wifi, you're still stuck with what the phone can latch onto unfortunately.

No network will ever guarantee 100% coverage. As said, much depends on location, and the type of building you're in. If you say there are four masts near your club, a suggestion might be, if your phone is unlocked, to try the Pay & Go sims from the other networks to see which gives you the best signal. If you find one stronger than what you get from O2, you might want to think about switching providers.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

How's it going @paddyguy? Do other members of the club on O2 experience the same signal problems?
