I went into O2 shop in Reading at about 13.00 there was 4 salesperson at the rear of the shop 1 person at front asking peoples names and entering on laptop ready for when salespeople finish. The people on the list was going out of shop who was on the laptop surely if the go out the shop then their names should be taken off the list. I was in the shop a good hour before l got seen. Then it only took 2 minutes to answer.

there wasn't any managers in the shop at the time.

Hi @Anonymous Yes it does seem a bit of a weird set up.....did you get your problems solved though?

You would be better off raising the query with the shop. We'd have no idea why they were doing that?

At first I thought it was an appointment for a guru but I also think it might be people wanting a particular phone & the shop was taking names for when new stock came in. I could be wrong
