samsung galaxy s 3

looking for a samsung galaxy s 3,not due and upgrade on 4th march 2014,is it possible if anyone from o2 can put one aside for me until then.is it possible??

ive been talking to the o2 people online several time and each o2 person said its not possible to put a samsung galaxy s 3 aside for me,i mean why is it so difficult,i dont inderstand :smileysad: im probably just worrying too much,they could be popular these phones and im worried it might be out of stock by then in 2 years time. even when it says; You get a 1 month early upgrade so you’ll be able to upgrade on 4th March 2014. i guess i would have to wait by then.but still. :smileysad:

Did you read your duplicate thread. It won't ever happen. This is a customer forum no O2 people come here apart from the social media team occasionally

Re: samsung galay s 3

There is nothing in reality to stop you, buying a unlocked version of the Galaxy S3 although your current SIM might not work. *

If you say paid yourself out of the contract (you need to give O2 30 days notice) by finalising the remaining months unpaid in one final payment, I think you might be able to arrange a change in handset. Although I'm not sure if you would keep the same mobile number.

I've never done it it myself although I quite fancy getting a Galaxy Note or Nexus for working with applications which require a larger display.

* Microsim only

When 2014 arrives Samsung will probably have a Galaxy Z 200 which will be the "must have".......I'd forget the S3 if I were you and check what's available in January 2014.

Also, you never know, O2 might be out of the mobile phone market by then.
