was imposed restriction, I received information from o2, if you will pay the bill on Friday, restriction will be automatically removed.

Have you attempted to pay this bill and failed then? Have a look at this guide on ways to pay. As said there are some problems with payments at the moment but this all depends whether you are trying to pay online or not

@Anonymous If you are eventually able to pay, you will probably still have to speak to customer service to have the restriction lifted. I've never heard of it being lifted automatically once you pay.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Good luck with the payment, as said call customer service before trying the automated payment system.

It can take 24-48 hours to be reconnected and there may be a charge but you will need to call up to get service back.

You likely will receive a £15 reconnection fee on top of what you already owe
