Solved: pay&go big bundle

alright so I got my new payg sim, topped up £10 and received the monthly bundle.. but there's an offer of 50% more extra data and if I text 20202 BALANCE I see I only got 500MB ..

any thoughts?

You won't see it added. You will use the bonus before your normal allowances are used though. It's what is known as a virtual allowance....

Perhaps it takes a few hours to go through? What does it say on your O2 (if you've registered it)?
