what the hell is going on?

ive been cut off for no reason and can i get intouch with o2 online? NO

I'm not making excuses for them and customer service definitely isn't what it was but they are very busy at the moment with the iphone launch (lack of) and the Note7 fiasco. No excuse for being cut off though.
